Planned closings are posted on the office doors, in the injection room and on our Twitter (X) and Facebook pages at least 4 weeks prior to the closing. In cases of unplanned closing like inclement weather, call the office for information before leaving home. If you are unable to reach us by phone, please refer to our website for unplanned and planned closings as it has the most up-to-date information.

“***If it is your first injection, please arrive before 3pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and 11am on Wednesday.***
Injections are usually given within a few minutes of arrival. You must wait 30 minutes after an injection to enable us to diagnose and promptly treat any reactions. Do not engage in any strenuous activity or exercise for two hours after an injection.
Vaccine Hours
Telephone orders are taken:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Wednesday 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Please allow 7-10 business days to prepare the vaccine.

We can teach you how to handle most allergy related emergencies. Our patients rarely have to go to the hospital. For urgent questions after office hours, call: 804-285-7420
For emergencies you are unable to handle, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
